Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

2. After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refer to our return/exchange policy if applicable.

Custom Orders:

• Orders for customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once confirmed.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

• If your order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
