RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 2- day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We regret to inform you that items showing signs of damage, unhygienic conditions, soiling, or alterations may not meet our acceptance criteria, resulting in the rejection of your exchange request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Kindly be informed that we do not offer cash refunds or issue Store Credit Notes for any item exchanges.

Upon successful completion of the inspection and approval of the exchange request, Pakharooo will acknowledge Rs. 50 of the courier cost (pertaining to both pick-up and re-delivery to your address), aiming to alleviate expenses for the customer. Notwithstanding, any courier charges surpassing the Rs. 50 allowance will be billed to the customer.

Please be informed that exchanges will require approximately 14 days to account for courier return, inspection, product processing, and delivery. We genuinely appreciate your patience during this process.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
In the unlikely event that you happen to receive a defective product when making an online purchase through our website, rest assured that our straightforward and user-friendly return policy is here to ensure your continued satisfaction while shopping with us.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Kindly note that an opening video is mandatory for any claims. Without an opening video, refund, replacement, or exchange will not be possible.

Kindly initiate a replacement request for any damaged items within a 1-day window from the date of receiving the item via the delivery courier. To facilitate the process, please reach out to us via email or phone to request a return or exchange.

Until the purchased item(s) safely arrive at our store, they remain under the customer's care. To facilitate a smooth exchange process and prevent any potential damage or tampering en route to our warehouse, we kindly ask that customers take care in appropriately packaging the items. It's important to ensure that all price tags and labels remain securely attached to the garment to assist with the exchange process.

You have the option to exchange the item(s) for a different size or an alternative product(s), depending on the availability of stock. In case the exchange item holds a higher value than the defective one, you may need to make a payment for the price difference. Conversely, if the value of the newly requested items is lower than the initial purchase, we will promptly refund the balance to you.

If customers prefer not to receive an alternative item in exchange for the defective product, they have the option to request a complete refund equivalent to the value of the defective item.

Pakharooo acknowledges a contribution of Rs.60 towards the courier expenses encompassing both pickup and delivery, as part of our commitment to cost savings for our valued customers. Should the courier charges surpass this Rs.60 allocation, the additional amount will be billed to the customer accordingly.

Kindly be aware that Pakharooo's management reserves the authority to decline or dismiss refund requests in instances where the defect or damage is deemed not to be a genuine case. The ultimate determination rests solely with the management and remains conclusive, with no room for negotiation.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Should an item be returned to us in an unsuitable condition, it is important to note that we may need to return it to you. Under such circumstances, an exchange will not be possible, and you will be responsible for the courier charges associated with both the pickup and return processes.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you'd like to exchange your product, please review the policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

If You Want to Exchange Without Any Issue in the Product

We understand that sometimes you might want a different size, color, or design—even if the product you received is perfect.

  • In such cases, you will be responsible for the shipping charges both ways:

    • Shipping the original product back to us.

    • Shipping the new product to you.

We will share the return shipping address and payment details for the new shipment once your request is confirmed.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Customized or made-to-order items (unless there is a defect).

Steps to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact us via email: support@pakharooo.com or Whatsapp 8433566654 with your order number and reason for exchange.

  2. Once approved, ship the item to the address provided.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement product.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
